Effect of wave height on harbor wall height in coastal waters using computational fluid dynamics

An essential aspect of the sustainable design harbor walls is determination wave condition. It predicted by utilizing severe conditions from past 10 to 20 years. The tourism in Central Maluku, Indonesia, located where extreme occur. Therefore, this research studies height before and after constructing a wall area. was simulated using numerical modelling. methodology performed coastal modelling software CFD model. result shows highest values 0.5 m, 0.75 1 m direction southeast m. simulation results show that 1.5 still safe. Further study needed simulate extension length meet criteria for basin.
